I have seen this lovely figurine from Wheaton described as a Colonial lady, a Victorian lady and a Dutch lady, but whichever she is, she is lovely!  She has a wide, draped gown, a modest cap and carries a basket of flowers.  The iridescent blue shows quite a lot of purple highlites.  She is in excellent condition and measures 5 1/4" tall by 4" wide.
