This lovely vintage ring from Clark & Combs features a genuine hand carved shell cameo, set in six substantial prongs, above a double layered scalloped setting. The ring is gold filled and signed as such, therefore should not be sized. The cameo measures 18 by 13.5 mm, the top of the ring measures 7/8 by 3/4". The quality of the carving of the cameo is very detailed with no chips or cracks. Size 6
