Vintage ART Topaz Glass and Pearl Maltese Cross Brooch/Pendant
This wonderful and impressivee Maltese cross is both a brooch and a pendant! The center stone is a large ( 1 1/4 by 1") faceted topaz glass stone. The cross is ornate in design, accented with faux pearls and carnelian lucite teardrops. No detail was spared in this fabulous piece. There are some spots on the top arm of the cross that appear to be pitting from the original casting of the brooch. As many pieces of ART jewelry as I have had, this is a piece I have never seen before! The size is an impressive 2 3/4 by 2 1/4". Signed ART(c).
