Vintage Marbled Green and Butterscotch Carved Bakelite Asian Man Brooch
This fabulous and hard to find Asian/Oriental man bakelite brooch from Catalin Corp features a rich deep green color marbled with luscious butterscotch. The brooch is quite detailed and beautifully carved. The Oriental gentleman wear a hat, has a drooping mustache and a long braid with his hands folded in his sleeves. An inscrutable piece! The bakelite even has hints of the original blue in the sunlight. This piece is in wonderful condition. The brooch measures 2 3/8 by 1 1/4".
