Trifari 1948 Sterling Vermeil Red Rhinestone Earrings
This superb pair of vintage earrings from Trifari dates to 1948. The fluid ribbon design is crafted from sterling silver vermeil in an elegant ribbon style design. Each earring has four oval rich red open back rhinestones accented with small clear chaton rhinestones. The clip backs work perfectly. I have seen this set in aqua but never in red! The earrings are marked Trifari on the clip, with pat pend and corp on the back of the large ribbon. Only the brooch was marked "sterling". The earrings measure 1 3/8" and are in wonderful condition with light normal wear on the backs.
