Trifari Enamel and Rhinestone Flower Basket Brooch
One of my favorite flower baskets, this pastel confection by Trifari certainly deserves a place in your collection! These enameled, dimensional flowers cradle a single sparkling chaton rhinestone inside each opening blossom. Long enameled green leaves adorned with small sparkling rhinestones complete the picture. The delicate, airy openwork gold tone basket with curved handle is so lovely! In very good vintage condition with minor enamel loss on the edges of the petals. The gold tone metal is in excellent condition with the pin back tight and secure. A wonderful Crown Trifari brooch! Shown on page 185 of Marcia "sparkles" Brown's book signed Beauties of Costume Jewelry.
