Vintage 18KGP Filigree Large Tigereye Ring
This unusual vintage ring is crafted in 18K yellow gold plate (tested). It feature a large, cylindrical tigereye, which is both tension set and glued into the setting. The shank is on open double band, and the bottom of the setting is an ornate filigree design. The ring measures 1 3/8" long and is a size 7. As this ring is plated, it is not sizable. The sheen on the tigereye is gorgeous, but very hard to capture. The design leads me to believe this is European in origin.
