Vintage 1930's Reversible Jeweled Cross Necklace
This amazing vintage cross necklace from the 1930's is crafted in two layers, making this a reversible piece with two separate color schemes. One side features a large oval pink glass center stone set in a serrated bezel. It is accented with blue and white ballotini. The ornate brass setting features open work scrolled arms with yet more applied designs. The second side features a large blue emerald cut glass stone accented with prong set red rhinestones and white ballotini. the impressive cross measures 3 by 2 1/4". The chain is a substantial brass link with textured details and an old style spring ring clasp signed 120th 12K gold filled. The chain measures 19". The necklace is in very good condition, the large stones show a slight amount of darkening from age, but not enough to detract from this amazing cross!
