Vintage Eloxal West Germany Lavender/Rose & Gold Twisted Knots
This unusual vintage set was crafted from eloxal (aluminum) in the 1950's. These gorgeous pieces were lightweight, easy to wear, and came in wonderful designs. I particularly like the lavender/rose and gold aluminum used on the twisted knots in this necklace and drop earring set. The design is very visually appealing, with folded alternating knots of yellow and bright pink rose gold plating, joined with textured yellow links. The necklace is adjustable to 18" and is 3/4" wide. The matching screw back drop earrings measure 1 3/4" long and the set is in amazing condition. Although not signed, the eloxal pieces were made in West Germany.
