Antique Victorian Rose Cut Bohemian Garnet Oval Pin
This stunning antique brooch features gilded metal set with sparkling wine red Bohemian garnets in the old fashioned rose cut. The stones are a deep wine red, so favored in Victorian times. The oval design is accented with a slightly larger collet set garnet. The stones are in excellent condition and securely set. The clasp is an open C clasp with a tube hinge on the pin stem. The pin measures 1 3/8 by 5/8".
