This adorable 1950's figural from the Hargo company of a clown Hobo is from their "People Collection". He has a crinkled hat, a knapsack over his shoulder and patches on his jeans! His eyes are deep blue rhinestones. He is in excellent condition with only the tiniest of enamel wear on his fingers. He measures 2 by 1 1/4" and is signed HAR (c).
