Vintage Bakelite Bangle Bracelet Pair, Chocolate Marbled & Strawberry and Cream Marbled:
This stunning pair of marbled vintage bakelite bangles had been clear coated, nearly preserving the original colors and what colors they are! One bangle is a rich chocolate and vanilla, heavily marbled and glowing with depth! The other bangle is a scrumptious strawberry and cream, heavily marbled and a perfect pairing with the chocolate marble. We do know some bangles were clear coated, but the formula remains a mystery. The profiles of these bangles are identical, measuring 7/8" wide with a 2 1/2" diameter. The condition is excellent. As they have been clear coated, they will not chemical test but they do hot water test ( the only truly accurate test for bakelite) and have that wonderful "clack" we love so much in our bakelite bangles. Don't miss adding this gorgeous pair to your stack!

Vintage Black Bakelite & Reverse Carved Lucite Banjo Brooch:
This fabulous vintage brooch features a figural banjo hand crafted with a black bakelite fret board and a reverse carved and painted lucite body. The fret board has 4 strings that connect to the body with metal pegs. The brooch is detailed and extremely well made. We do not know who made these brooches, but they were not factory production pieces and are relatively scarce. The brooch measures 4 by 1 3/4" and other than some very normal age wear to the lucite is in excellent condition. This brooch is shown on page 230 in "American Costume Jewelry N-Z - Art & Industry 1935-1950" by Roberto & Carla Brunialti.

Rare Art Deco Black Celluloid & Rhinestone Hinged Bracelet:
This amazing and rare art deco bracelet is crafted in black celluloid. The bracelet top features a diagonal design in gold tone metal set with large, sparkling rhinestones. The hinge is at the top side of the bracelet, it lifts so the top opens completely. the bracelet has an oval shape for wearing comfort and stability, but is a smaller bracelet, measuring 1 7/8 by 2 1/8". Please make sure this will fit. The top measures 1 1/2 by 1 1/8" and the band is 1/2" wide. This rare bracelet is in excellent condition.

Vintage Marbled Spinach Bakelite Carved Rosewood Turtle Brooch:
Offered for your consideration is this adorable vintage bakelite and carved rosewood turtle brooch. The body is deeply carved, with small brass dots for his eyes. The shell is heavily marbled spinach bakelite, swirled with lighter green and golden butterscotch. The pin back is inset into the wood, and functions perfectly. The only flaw I can find is a small nick out of the wood on the tip of his tail. Mr. Turtle measures 3 by 1 5/8". Adorable!

This gorgeous vintage bakelite bracelet features a step carved design with a raised center. The geometric design coupled with the rich spinach green bakelite marbled in warm, mouth watering butterscotch raise this bangle to another level! Vintage Rare Green Celluloid and Sterling Silver Hinged Bangle Bracelet:
This stunning and rare vintage bracelet features deep kelly green celluloid with a 3/8" center inlay of gleaming sterling silver. The bracelet is oval shaped and suited for a smaller wrist, with an interior measurement of 2 3/8" by 1 7/8". It is 5/8" wide. The craftsmanship is superb and I can find no flaws on this bracelet! The silver is unmarked, but tests as sterling silver. The bracelet has some heft!
A rare and beautiful find for the woman with a smaller wrist.

Vintage Bakelite Cream Corn & Gold Tone Spacer Stretch Bracelet:
For your consideration is this lovely mellow yellow cream corn bakelite stretch bracelet. Each bakelite section measures 1 by 3/4", is 1/2" thick and is separated from the other by gold tone half moon spacers. The bakelite has been tested with simichrome and hot water. The bracelet has plenty of stretch and is in excellent condition. The bracelet fits a medium wrist and measures 2x2" unstretched across the interior.
