Vintage Topaz and AB Vintage Rhinestone Butterfly Brooch:
This gorgeous vintage butterfly brooch features glittering prong set rhinestones in mouth watering shades of pale topaz, brilliant AB and gold. The wings are accented with long navette rhinestones and the body features a deeper topaz. The condition is excellent! The brooch measures 1 3/4 by 1 3/4" and is unsigned. This piece has often been mistakenly called D&E/Juliana, but it is not. A true unsigned beauty none the less!

Vintage Alice Caviness Sterling and Marcasite Filigree Butterfly Brooch:
This vintage sterling butterfly brooch from designer Alice Caviness is gold plated and accented with sparkling marcasites. The open work filigree is beautifully wrought giving the brooch a light and airy feel! The brooch is stamped Sterling, Germany. The Alice Caviness cartouche is missing, but this design is verified in her jewelry ads. The brooch is fairly large, measuring 3 1/4 by 1 3/4". Shown on page 143 of Costume Jewelry 101 by Julia C. Carroll.

European 800 Silver Plique a Jour Butterfly Pin:
This stunning circa 1920 butterfly pin is a work of art! Crafted from 800 silver in delicate filigree work, this lovely piece is enameled in the plique-a-jour method is rich colors of blue, green and bright red enamel. The workmanship is exquisite! It is marked 800 ( silver content) and another mark I can't read. There is a bend to the pin stem which I will straighten out, otherwise this piece is in excellent condition.

Delicate 800 Silver Plique-a-Jour Enamel Butterfly Pin:
This delicate vintage butterfly pin is crafted from 800 silver wire and features plique-a-jour enameling in shades of blue, green and light lavender enamel. He has a twisted wire body and upswept wings. The left side of his top wing is slightly flatter than his right which is reflected in his price. A gorgeous vintage brooch that looks so real he could fly right off your shoulder. There is a makers mark I can't read but this is probably Italy in origin.

Vintage Coro Retro Modern Rhinestone Butterfly Brooch:
Dating from the 1940's, this goldtone Coro butterfly has an oval green rhinestone in his body and bright red chaton rhinestones for eyes. One rhinestone appears larger than the other, probably a replacement at some time, but is not very noticeable and mentioned for accuracy sake. The front of the brooch shows minor wear and the back shows more scratching due to age and wear but the pin back is very tight and secure. Signed with the older Coro script signature, it measures 1 7/8 by 2".

Vintage Gerard Yosca Enamel Rhinestone Dragonfly Brooch:
From famed contemporary designer Gerard Yosca, this enormous 80's dragonfly brooch does not disappoint! Bright green enamel wings are studded with chaton Swarovski crystals. The wings are bordered with twisted gold tone metal. The body is set with three citrine colored glass stones, the square center stone is faceted. The tail is set with glowing faux pearls. Measures 4 by 3" and is signed YOSCA.

This butterfly brooch from Avon is a delight. The wings are domed and embellished with squares of burgundy guilloche enamel, faux pearls and light blue chaton rhinestones. Vintage Signed ART Rhinestone Butterfly Brooch and Earring Set:
This vintage brooch and earring set from ART is crafted in gold tone openwork metal in a layered design. This butterflies sport a blue art glass navette cabochon as the body, green rhinestone eyes, and a red chaton thorax. The matching earrings are a butterfly in flight with dimensional layered up-swept wings and orange rhinestones. A small chaton rhinestone sparkles at the tip of the antennae. The earring clip backs are tight and secure. There is slight movement in the pin back, but the c-clasp is tight and secure. The brooch is signed ART but the earrings are unsigned, as is often the case with sets.
