Trifari Sapphire Blue Dangling Grapes Brooch
This Trifari masterpiece was patented by Alfred Philippe in Nov, 1950 with a patent number of 160964. The ornate gold plated setting features a rich patina and small chaton rhinestone accents. The deep sapphire blue oval rhinestones are prong set and dangle from the flower cap with an articulated setting. To me, this piece looks more like a wisteria flower but I have always seen it refered to as grapes! This Trifari masterpiece is in excellent condition and is sure to become a treasured addition to your vintage jewelry collection.
