Vintage Czech Filigree and Blue Rhinestone Snake Negligee Necklace
This gorgeous 1930's era Czech necklace featues a stamped brass filigree medallion adorned with a sinuous serpent applied to the medallion. The long blue oval center stone is glass and bezel set. It does have a chip on the facet edge, hard to see because of the faceting, but there. I have reflected this in the price. The paperclip chain is adorned with four blue rhinestone set stations and ends in a spring ring clasp. The medallion also suspends two chains with matching stations. Ornate and lovely, a fabulous piece of Czech jewelry! The necklace measures 15" with the medallion measuring 1 5/8 by 1 1/4". The dangling chains add another 1 1/2" to the center medallion.
