Signed Barse Sterling Rock Crystal Turquoise Cross Necklace
This stunning vintage 1980's necklace from Barse is composed of faceted rock crystal in a multitude of shapes including round faceted beads, long free form faceted beads and glittering briolette beads separated by small round turquoise beads. The large rock crystal beads are framed with fancy sterling bead caps in a floral motif set with tiny rhinestones and turquoise cabochons. The ornate cross is sterling silver with a large applied sterling flower set with rhinestones and turquoise cabochons and an open work back marked 925. The large lobster clasp and adjustable chain are also sterling and the tag is stamped Barse and 925. It was almost impossible to capture the sparkle of this gorgeous necklace. This piece is substantial and well made, as are all Barse pieces.
